- Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Sorry no exceptions.
- Returns must be unused in the condition you received them.
- Online purchases do not require a receipt. All other purchases will require a receipt.
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 days and will be processed automatically with your credit card company, unless done via cash. Cash returns will be processed accordingly. Please be patient, as returns processed between credit card companies do vary.
- Sale items do not qualify for returns. All sale purchases are final.
- No exchanges unless items are damaged upon delivery.
- Returns are shipped at customer's own expense.
- It is suggested to use tracking postage to ensure your items are returned to us successfully. We are not responsible for any returns that do not get delivered to us.
